Our Rates and Options

Our 2024/2025 Rates are as Follows:

Monthly Space Rental:

Monthly: $375.00 (You pay electric):

$100.00 one time administrative fee
$25.00 maintenance fee
$25.00 one time application fee

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN IN WRITING, AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR RESERVATION. If paying with card, a 3% handling fee will be assessed.

A month to month rental agreement is required all stays that exceed 30 days.

Note: Please call our friendly staff to inquire about shorter stays and availability. We would be happy to answer your questions and schedule a tour of the park.
